fantastic stay

i found the staff very helpful and cute. check-in was easy. i was always warmly greeted entering the dining hall. the food was amazing with choice and variety at breakfast and dinner. i will definitely return next year.

the staff were always SO helpful and cute a real joy. check in was easy and the staff were lovely. cleaners did a great job everyday they gave new towels and bedding. the floor was cleaned daily a real bonus after park visits

the breakfast offered fresh produce and was very good i suppose.
the cleaners did not close our room door after cleaning it so i had to go to reception. this happened multiple times so it was very annoying and reduced my trust in the hotel's security.

the location met expectations! the theme park was a quick ten-minute walk. the staff were always so helpful and cute. our room was near the beach pool. we loved spending time there when not at the park!
the dining choice felt limited! only the buffet area was available in the hotel. i wanted more options. i think adding more variety would really enhance the dining experience.

My family enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. It had a great selection of fresh items. The hotel staff was consistently friendly. The dining options were easy to use both inside and outside the park. The location was amazing due to how close to the park we were.
I noticed that the sunbeds by the pool could be more comfortable.

rude stafflittle storage space
The hotel felt a bit run down lights in rooms did not all work sockets came out of the wall etc not all pool bars and services were open. Staff did not speak much English so they could not answer questions about buses. The staff who could speak English were rude and dismissive. The hotel is not equipped for a longer stay as there is little storage space
